How do I switch the "From" field to the email address I want to reply from?
I have Outlook 2007 with exchange server. One of the computers in the office has 2 accounts on the server, JohnD@Johnd.com and JD@JohnD.com, for example. On this computer he needs two email accounts, one for interoffice and one for extraoffice. If he recieves an email extraoffice and wants to reply using his interoffice email he cannot.I need for him to be able to send email using one or the other email addresses when he replys to any email. I know that in Thunderbird I can switch the email accounts easily, but this office is opposed to Thunderbird. How do I tell Outlook that I want to reply to any email using JohnD@Johnd.com or JD@JohnD.com, for example?

If they are 2 seperate AD accounts you'd have to create 2 seperate outlook profiles (control panel, mail). 1 for each account, and outlook would have to be relaunched every time he wants to change. Oddly enough, outlook express handles this better with 'identities', however outlook express can't do MAPI.
